Robert Barr

Robert Barr is an experienced geology professional with a robust background in resource management and mine geology. Currently serving as a Resources Manager at Regis Resources Ltd since March 2021, Robert previously held the position of Geology Manager at Adaman Resources from March 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Robert had a significant tenure at Newmont Mining Corporation from 2007 to 2018, where roles included Superintendent of Mine Geology and Senior Mine Geologist, contributing to grade control systems and mine production efficiencies. Robert's career began at Sons of Gwalia and continued through positions at Fox Resources and self-employment before returning to the corporate environment. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from the University of New England.
