Mia Taylor is an experienced retail manager with over ten years in the industry, currently serving as a Store Manager at Starbucks since 2019. They also hold the position of District Manager at both Regis Corporation and The Beautiful Group, where they focus on team development, hiring, and enhancing guest experiences. Previously, Mia managed a team of thirty-five at JCPenney, where they consistently surpassed sales goals and improved customer satisfaction.
