David Buresund

David Buresund is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and technology roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO and Co-founder of Regnora since March 2025, David focuses on empowering startups to leverage compliance as a competitive advantage. Prior to this role, David was the VP of Engineering, CISO, and DPO at ABC Labs, where responsibilities included leading a team in a heavily regulated environment and managing laboratory technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. David's earlier experience includes roles in AI strategy, project consulting, M&A strategy, and IT management across multiple companies. David holds a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS, as well as a Master's degree in Business & Management from Stockholm School of Economics, along with various educational accomplishments from prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University and the National University of Singapore.
