Franklin Wallace has an extensive work experience in the field of User Experience Design. In 2021, they began working as the Lead User Experience Designer at RegScale, where they are responsible for UX for Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Software. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a User Experience Design Consultant for various projects, including the Urban Arts Commission's "Passage" and the Downtown Memphis Commission's "The Vista". In 2019, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Hunter Fan Company, where they were the Lead UX Designer for SIMPLEconnect\u00ae product line. In 2018, they worked as an Entrepreneur and Technical Specialist/Event Manager for their own venture, as well as a User Experience Designer Internship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. In 2017, they worked on a sponsored course at Gulfstream Aerospace, where they redesigned the Synoptic system for two jets in Gulfstream's catalog. Finally, in 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters.
Franklin Wallace attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design.
