Michael Needel

Michael Needel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they pursued an MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College before joining Microsoft in 2015 as a Corporate Development Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Corporate Development Senior Manager before leaving the company in 2018.

Following their time at Microsoft, Needel held several board observer roles at companies such as ClearSky, ZeroNorth, Altamira Technologies Corporation, Accurics, and Okera between 2018 and 2021. In 2018, they also joined ClearSky as Vice President, a position they held until 2021.

In 2019, Needel became Chief Financial Officer at SecZetta Inc., where they also served as a Senior Vice President Finance and a Board Observer. Michael'srole as CFO at SecZetta Inc. lasted until early 2023.

In 2023, Needel joined RegScale as the Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, during their work experience, Needel took on a Summer Associate role at Meritage Funds in 2014.

Michael Needel earned a High School Diploma from Northgate High School in 2005. Michael then went on to pursue their undergraduate education at Colgate University, where they obtained a BA degree in Mathematical Economics between 2005 and 2009. Later, they furthered their education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2013 to 2015.
