Travis Howerton

Travis Howerton is the current CTO and co-founder of RegScale. Travis was previously with C2 Labs, Inc. from March 2019 to November 2021 where they held the title of Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). At C2 Labs, they led product development by managing development teams, DevOps, product roadmaps/strategy, market positioning, project management, and sales/distribution channels. Travis is a 10x Full Stack Developer with Angular, .NET Core (C# and Entity Framework), API management, Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD), and Azure cloud management.

Some of their major accomplishments include leading the development of product and services proposals for clients ensuring innovative technical approaches, client satisfaction, and company growth. Along with the CEO and fellow co-founder, they also managed company strategy, finances, human resources, business partners, sales pipeline, and client success while also serving on the Board of Directors for C2 Labs.

Travis Howerton has a MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, a BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, and an AS in Computer Science from Pellissippi State Community College. Travis is certified from Microsoft in Microsoft Learn - Level 3, from Harvard Business School in Harvard Certificate of Readiness (CORE), from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Developer - Associate, from Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster, from ITIL Certified in ITIL Foundations Certified in IT Service Management, from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional, from (ISC)² in Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and from Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
