Ray Gonzalez is a Senior Director of Business Development at Regulus, providing strategic leadership since 2021. They are a retired Special Operations officer with over twenty-four years of experience in the US Army, including roles as an SFODA Commander, U.S. Army Special Forces Officer, and Ranger Squad Leader. Previously, Ray has held key positions as a Business Development Manager at Revision Military and ADS, Inc. A graduate of Wayland Baptist University, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Ray’s expertise spans Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, marked by a robust ability to foster influential relationships within defense agencies.
