Richard Allred

Richard Allred, PMP, is the Chief Information and Operations Officer of Regulus, a role they began in 2025. Prior to this position, they served as the Director of Program Management at Regulus Global, leading efforts in program execution for both domestic and international customers. With over 15 years of experience in program and project management across various sectors, Allred has driven significant initiatives, including a major IT transformation program at Sentara Healthcare. They also have a strong background in business process improvement and IT project management, demonstrated through previous roles at NJVC, General Dynamics Information Technology, and TEKsystems. Allred holds a degree from Virginia Wesleyan University.
