Howard Eichenbaum

Howard Eichenbaum is an experienced cost analysis professional with a diverse background in engineering and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Cost Analysis Group and Senior Business Case Analyst at Regulus Group since July 2016, Eichenbaum develops life-cycle cost estimates for FAA Surveillance and Automation Programs. Previously, Eichenbaum held the position of Team Lead and Senior Cost Analyst at MCR Federal from July 1999 to July 2016, overseeing a team of six analysts. Earlier roles include Operations Research Analyst at EG&G Technical Services, where cost-benefit and financial analyses were conducted for various Department of Transportation projects, and similar analytical positions at Volpe, The National Transportation Systems Center. Eichenbaum's career began as a Materials Engineer at General Dynamics and a Ceramic Engineer at Israel Mining Industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Northeastern University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
