Jay Zimmer

Jay Zimmer is an accomplished Senior Systems Engineer at Regulus Group, providing systems engineering and integration support to the Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR) program, focusing on program requirements, enterprise architecture development, and safety analysis of emerging radar technologies. Previously, Jay held the position of Lead Air Traffic Control Systems Engineer at LS Technologies, where collaboration with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) led to the development of the Global Air/Ground System Wide Information Management concept. Additional experience includes roles at JMA Solutions, Booz Allen Hamilton, and CSSI Inc, where contributions ranged from systems integration for air traffic management systems to safety risk management. Jay holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and both a Master's Degree and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
