Rick Heckman

Rick Heckman is a Senior Air Traffic Systems Specialist at Regulus Group, where they provide operational support to the Surveillance Broadcast Services Office and lead initiatives related to NextGen developments. Previously, they served as an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA/Philadelphia Tracon for over two decades and held several key roles within the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, including co-chairing critical workgroups on surveillance technology. Heckman began their career as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy, where they received an honorable discharge at the E-6 rank.
