Rehab for Life, including physical and occupational therapy, was established in 2007. Our commitment to helping people has never wavered. With our continued growth and need for innovation, we have built a new facility which opened in February of 2019, including expanded land-based therapy services and our state-of-the-art aquatics center for pool therapy, community programs, and swim stroke analysis.

Our staff provides excellent service and care, continuing to demonstrate our commitment to our patients and community.
