Adam Williams

Adam Williams serves as a Principal at Rehmann, where responsibilities include managing the Ann Arbor office and specializing in foreign and domestic corporate taxation, pass-through taxation, income tax accounting, mergers and acquisitions, tax-exempt entities, and tax planning and structuring since November 2014. Prior to Rehmann, Adam was a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte from November 2005 to October 2014, focusing on accounting for income taxes, tax planning and consulting, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, closely-held businesses, pass-through entities, and high net worth individuals. Adam began the career at PwC, holding various roles from Manager to Associate between November 2000 and November 2005. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
