Stephen W. Blann

Stephen Blann is the Chief Operating Officer at Rehmann, a regional CPA firm with offices across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. They began their career at Rehmann in 1995 and have held various leadership roles within the firm, contributing significantly to its assurance and solutions departments and serving on its board of directors. Throughout their tenure, Stephen has specialized in client-facing efforts for the public sector, acting as an auditor, consultant, and contracted CFO for numerous government and non-profit organizations. They served as the firm’s director of government audit quality from 2011 to 2022 and took on the role of COO in 2023. Stephen's previous CFO roles include positions at Michigan Area United Methodist Camping, FLAG, Inc., the Association for Child Development, and the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi.
