Mason Pech is an experienced professional in merchandising, planning, and analysis, currently serving as the Merchandising, Planning & Analysis Manager for North America at Reima since April 2021, while also holding the title of Operations Manager for the region. Prior to this, Mason worked at VF Corporation for over eight years in various roles, including Walmart.com Account Manager and International Supply Chain Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing workflow processes and conducting audits to ensure compliance with corporate strategies. Mason's educational background includes an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance and a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Kansas, alongside a BGS in Psychology and Sociology from the same institution.
