Nikol Rakic has extensive work experience in the supply chain and product management field. They started their career at Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH as a Project Lead for international trade shows. They then moved on to work at Cosmobrandlab as a Key Account and Team Lead for product development and sourcing. At Ana Alcazar by Tricia Jones GmbH, they served as a Production and Purchase Manager. After that, they joined Kwintet AB as a Category Manager, responsible for optimizing the outerwear category and implementing supplier management programs. They then worked at IC Group A/S as a Strategic Sourcing Manager Global, overseeing premium fashion brands. Their next role was at Peak Performance, where they served as the Director of Sourcing and Production, and later as the Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product and Supply Chain Officer at Reima.
Nikol Rakic attended Technische Hochschule Augsburg from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, with a focus on International Management. Additionally, they studied Marketing, HR Management, and International Trading at Universidad de Córdoba from 1998 to 1999.
