Josh Reinitz, the managing partner of Reinitz Law, is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court in Municipal Court Law.  He is a Trial Attorney who leverages his more than 20 years of experience representing clients in New Jersey’s criminal and municipal courts to obtain the results his clients need.
Josh focuses on representing individuals facing criminal and DWI charges throughout the State of New Jersey, having tried matters from Sussex County to Atlantic County and most places in between. He was a member of the first-ever class of 21 attorneys statewide to be certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Municipal Law Attorneys. He was appointed by the Chief Justice to Chair the New Jersey Supreme Court Municipal Court Certification Committee and served on the Supreme Court’s Municipal Court Practice Committee since 2017. Josh has a long history of service to his local community as a member of the Borough Council since 2018. 

He has achieved multiple successes in overturning or vacating convictions on direct appeal and through post-conviction relief, as well as resolving matters to enable clients with immigration issues to remain in the country with their families.

Josh delivers complete, diligent, and effective representation of his clients, both in and out of court, including researching, crafting, and arguing motions, negotiating favorable outcomes, trying cases to verdict, and, if necessary, filing, briefing, and arguing appeals.
