Reins is a global fleet and mobility payments platform that enables fuel retailers, fleet card issuers, fleet operators and mobility providers to launch, manage and grow payment programs across fuel, EV charging, parking and tolls.

Our white-label fleet card platform combines fleet card management software, fuel card issuing, payment orchestration, acceptance, pricing, controls and mobility services** in one unified solution.

Reins supports both open-loop fleet cards and closed-loop fuel card programs, allowing companies to manage existing proprietary networks while expanding acceptance to broader merchant networks when needed.
As a fleet payment platform, Reins helps fuel retailers and fleet card issuers modernize legacy programs, launch new payment products, expand card acceptance, manage customer-specific pricing and controls, and connect fuel, EV charging, tolls and parking through a single payments infrastructure.

Our fleet card software is designed for fuel retailers, fleet card issuers, fleet operators, fleet managers, eMSPs, leasing companies, car rental companies, toll road operators and mobility apps.

Reins provides the technology required to manage complex fuel payment programs and mobility payments without building separate systems for every service or market. Its fleet payment orchestration capabilities connect multiple payment methods, acceptance networks and mobility services while giving operators centralized control over transactions, policies and customer programs.
The platform also supports EV charging payments, enabling businesses to combine traditional fuel payments with electric mobility services as fleets transition toward mixed-energy operations.

For fuel retailers, Reins provides fuel retailer payment solutions that help transform a traditional fuel card program into a broader commercial platform. Retailers can introduce new products, expand acceptance, offer more mobility services and create additional revenue opportunities.
Ultimately, Reins enables companies to turn fleet payments from a back-office function into a growth engine.
