Dan Sullivan has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Dan started their career in 2005 as an Estimator/Office Assistant at SPI Sean's Painting, Inc. In 2007, they joined CoStar Group as a Research Associate II, where they conducted market research, compiled reports, and provided assistance to clients. In 2010, they joined Collateral Risk Solutions as a Research Specialist, where they performed sales comparable searches and ensured the quality of the department's research. Since 2015, they have been working at Reis | Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics as a Senior Team Leader, Sales Comparables.

From 2000 to 2005, Dan Sullivan attended the State University of New York College at Potsdam and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
