Greg Hoard

Greg Hoard has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Greg currently works as the Market Manager for Arizona and Colorado at Moody's Analytics CRE, where they oversee the development of customized commercial real estate technology for local markets. Prior to this, they were the Market Manager for Phoenix at Catylist CRE Technology, which was later acquired by Moody's Analytics.

Greg also served as the Success Manager at ClientLook from 2017 to 2019, where they achieved notable success in managing client relationships. Before that, they worked as a Sales Executive at Xceligent, a leading provider of commercial property information. Greg played a key role in expanding their market presence and providing timely and accurate information to commercial real estate professionals.

Between 1994 and 2012, Greg was the President of GS Hoard and Company, a full-service commercial real estate services firm specializing in the retail segment in Chicago and Phoenix. Greg demonstrated exceptional expertise in tenant representation, shopping center leasing, investment sales, and new development.

Earlier in their career, Greg worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Fuller, Royal Lepage, Tanguay Burke Stratton, and TBS. During this time, they were recognized as one of the top brokers in the company, focusing on the retail segment and representing major retail concepts in the market.
