Dara Bernstein

Dara Bernstein is a Senior Vice President & Tax Counsel at Nareit, holding various titles within the company since March 1999. Prior to Nareit, Dara worked as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 1992 to February 1999. Dara also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Senior Judge Kenneth R. Harkins at the United States Court of Federal Claims in 1991 - 1992. Dara holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Spanish from Rice University.
