David Sullivan is an accomplished institutional real estate investment marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in capital raising and marketing within the industry. David has held positions at notable firms including Bank of America, CBRE Global Investors, Barings, and Schroders, where they significantly contributed to institutional capital raising and product management. Currently, David serves as SVP of Investment Affairs at Nareit and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. David is pursuing advanced degrees in International Relations from both the University of Cambridge and Boston University, alongside an MBA from Columbia University.
