Jim Risoleo

Jim Risoleo serves as the CEO, President, and Executive Director of Host Hotels & Resorts, which is recognized as the largest lodging real estate investment trust in the U.S. with a substantial portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale hotels. With extensive experience in the real estate investment sector, Risoleo has held various high-level positions, including EVP roles at Host and Nareit, where Jim also served as an Executive Board Member. Additional leadership roles include serving on the Executive Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and holding independent director positions at Griffin Realty Trust and COLE OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL REIT. Educational credentials include a JD from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Duquesne University.
