Marcus Wärn

Marcus Wärn has extensive experience in leadership and HR roles. Marcus is currently the Head of Learning, Facilities & Workplace Services at Rejlers, where they focus on creating innovative and collaborative work environments. Prior to this, Marcus served as the Head of HR & People & Culture Director at Fotografiska Stockholm, where they oversaw the entire HR function. Marcus also worked as the Chief People Officer at Turnpike Group, contributing to their global IoT platform. Marcus has also held leadership positions at Spotify, Edge, Konsulthuset, Universum, Intenz, Cultivator, and the Institute of Sales and Leadership, gaining expertise in learning and development, organizational development, and sales training.

Marcus Wärn completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Università degli Studi di Torino in the year 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance from Vaxjo University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Marcus has obtained certifications in Edge - Certified Master Change Management Consultancy from edg-e in 2010 and DISC from Ensize International AB. Marcus also has a certification from Wallbreakers obtained from Workz A/S.
