HW Systems Engineering Manager at ReJoule

Hernan A.'s work experience begins with their current role as a Technical Project Manager at ReJoule since February 2022.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Hernan worked at Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. in two different roles. First, they were a Project Lead Engineer from January 2019 to February 2021, involved in designing ATE systems and hardware for various clients. Then, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager, where they managed projects including government contracts for testing USAF aircraft components and designing interface test adapters.

Before joining Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc., in 2017, Hernan worked at OCI as a Project Manager/Technical Designer I. In this role, they provided design and constructability review services for architectural firms and worked on projects such as high-rise towers, hotels, and government facilities.

From 2011 to 2017, Hernan worked again at Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc., this time as a Systems Engineer. Hernan contributed to commercial and government projects, designing ATEs, test adapters, and developing test programs for power supplies and aircraft modules. Hernan also provided software training and conducted bench tests.

In 2009, Hernan interned at Kia Motors America as a Service and Product Quality Engineering Intern. Hernan conducted vehicle benchmarking evaluations and road tests and assisted with thermal sensor installation for vehicle Hot Tests.

Lastly, from 2005 to 2008, Hernan worked at DynaScan Technology, Inc. as a Service Engineer. Their responsibilities included nationwide maintenance and repair of commercial LED displays, on-site inspections, installation, and customer support.

Overall, Hernan A. possesses a diverse range of technical and project management experience in various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, and automotive.

Hernan A. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electro-Optics from UC Irvine. Hernan attended UC Irvine from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Saddleback College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies & Electronic Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Hernan A. received the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from the National Instruments in August 2017.
