I'm Helen, founder of Rekindle Wellbeing

I have always been passionate about wellbeing and the human condition, particularly after my own journey where I discovered several modalities, ancient principles and mastery practices that supported me to remember my higher self.

The catalyst for immersing into a self-healing journey came from working in the corporate arena for many years, and experiencing extreme levels of stress, anxiety and bullying which eventually took its toll in the form of burn out.  

It impacted my mental, physical and spiritual health for some years. 

Fortunately, I found incredible mentors and coaches who taught me how to integrate and understand my own trauma and limiting belief system.  I learned profound practices and was able to remember my inner wisdom by feeling more connected to my true nature. 

Through this change and journey I was able to feel more aligned, self-responsible, alive and called to a new life purpose.  

I had clarity to finally change course into a new career where I became a certified transpersonal Soul-Life Coach, and Energetic therapist some five years ago.  

My work is deeply rooted in trauma informed subconscious work and shadow integration. I share somatic practices and the power of the energetic system as practical tools which allow for my clients to remember their own true nature and experience inner wisdom, calm, clarity and focus; sometimes for the first time. 

I love working with women who have survival patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism and self-abandonment.  As I'm able to quickly show them how they can release these looping patterns and gain back their own power and emotional freedom to walk into their own magnificence.
