Desintya A. is a dedicated professional with three years of experience in employee engagement and employer branding. In their current role as a Senior People Partner & Strategy at Reku, Desintya is responsible for producing internal communication channels, driving employer branding campaigns, and managing People-related projects. Previously, they worked as a People Culture Specialist at iSeller Commerce, where Desintya initiated employee engagement programs and conducted annual engagement surveys. Desintya also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at both ERHA Clinic Indonesia and Wgroup ID, enhancing their understanding of the overall employee experience. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia.
