Leon Hong

Chief Technology Officer at Relab

Leon Hong has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Programmer at OSL. Leon then moved on to become an Application Developer and Support Analyst at the Auckland Council from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they began working as a Software Developer at Booktrack. From 2016 to 2019, Leon held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Founder at Relab. Leon then took on the role of Technical Director at utilmate in 2019.

Leon Hong attended St Georges Grammar from 1997 to 1999. Leon then went to Abbotts College from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, they enrolled at the University of Cape Town and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Information Technology. In 2013, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification from Microsoft, as well as an MCP - HTML5 certification.
