Lori Smith

Lori Smith is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at RelaDyne LLC since 2023, Lori previously worked at RelaDyne from September 2015 to January 2023 as an HR Manager focused on Payroll and Compliance and as an HR Specialist & Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities included payroll processing for numerous companies, HRIS management, and compliance auditing across multiple states. Prior experience includes key HR positions at Imperial Health, LLP, where staffing and recruitment for medical professionals were primary responsibilities, and West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed HR generalist duties and system implementation. Lori began a career in human resources at Calcasieu Parish School Board, managing payroll and various clerical tasks. Lori studied at McNeese State University from 1993 to 1995.
