Ron Willis

Ron Willis has extensive work experience in the oil and lubricants industry. Ron started their career in 1991 at Star Enterprise as a Process Chemical Engineer, working on Propane De-asphalting Units and NMP Solvent Refining Units. Ron also served as a back-up engineer for Solvent Dewaxing and High Pressure Hydrotreaters.

After gaining experience in engineering, Ron transitioned to sales and management roles. Ron worked at Texaco Lubricants Company as a Sales Engineer from 1993 to 1995, and later became a Senior Sales Manager from 1995 to 1998. Ron then joined ExxonMobil as a Territory Manager from 1998 to 2000, and subsequently worked at Chevron Global Lubricants as a Territory Business Manager from 2000 to 2004.

In 2004, Ron joined Jackson Oil & Solvents, Inc. as the Vice President & General Manager, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they gained strong leadership and management skills.

Currently, Ron works at RelaDyne LLC. Ron joined the company in 2017 as the Director of Business Improvement & Projects, a role they held until 2018. Ron then served as the Assistant General Manager & Manager of Sales from 2018 to 2020. Since June 2020, Ron has held the position of Director of Pricing & Profitability.

Ron Willis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University from 1987 to 1991. Ron later pursued MBA coursework at Bradley University from 1997 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Ron has also obtained certification as a STLE Certified Lubrication Engineer from the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.
