Steve Middlesworth

Steve Middlesworth has extensive work experience in supply chain management and business analytics. Steve is currently the Director of Business Analytics at RelaDyne LLC since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at PPC Lubricants, Inc. starting from May 2019. Before joining PPC Lubricants, they served as the Director of Procurement and Process Development at PPC Lubricants from November 2015. Steve also worked as the Supply Chain Manager at IWI US from July 2012 to November 2015. Steve has also worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at Middlesworth Consulting LLC from June 2011 to June 2012. Steve held the position of Sr. Manager of Supply Chain at Fish Net, Inc. (That Fish Place-That Pet Place) from November 2009 to 2011, where they developed global supply chain systems, sourced products, and created sales and operations planning systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Systems Consultant at Middlesworth Consulting, LLC from 2006 to 2009, where they developed global supply chain systems, negotiated transportation savings, and created demand planning models. Steve's career started as an Operations Manager at Central Garden and Pet/Energy Savers Unlimited from 2001 to 2006, where they implemented a global sourcing plan and managed manufacturing and distribution supply chains. Steve initially joined Energy Savers Unlimited, Inc. as a Purchasing Manager from 1997 to 2001, where they reduced material costs, managed production scheduling, and reduced order receipt time.

Steve Middlesworth has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Steve also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.

In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained several certifications. In April 2015, they became a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through APICS. In June 2012, they obtained certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma Green Belt from Expert Rating.
