In the heart of Bossolasco, known as the "Village of Roses," an ancient 16th-17th century farmhouse has been reborn as a luxury hospitality venue. After a two-year conservative restoration, carried out entirely by local craftsmen, the farmhouse now offers six elegant suites, the fine dining restaurant "L'Orangerie," the trattoria and pizzeria "Il Giardino," a wellness spa, and an outdoor pool with a sauna. The restoration preserved the historical essence of the place, recovering original cement tiles and using debris from the work for the retaining walls. Nestled in a village famous for its 350 varieties of roses, the property also hosts 12 English rose varieties, selected for their adaptability to the altitude. A project that combines history, elegance, and authenticity to offer a unique experience in the heart of Piedmont.
