Daniel Brown has over 25 years of experience in the lease, remanufacture, sale, and fleet management of M.O.W. Equipment & Hi-Rail Vehicles in the Rail Industry. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RELAM, Inc., where they oversee company operations, improves safety and quality metrics, and strengthens internal and commercial relations. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Director at Custom Truck One Source, Railroad Development Manager at V&H Trucks Inc., Corporate Equipment Manager at RailWorks Corporation, Vice President of Sales at FCM Rail, Sales Manager at Progress Rail, and General Manager at Brown Railroad Equipment. Throughout their career, Daniel has focused on business development, market share growth, relationship management, and operational oversight.

Daniel Brown attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2009, they attended Michigan State University for a year and received a degree in Executive Railroad Management, focusing on Transportation and Materials Moving.
