Moshi Dayan has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and IT operations, spanning over several companies. Moshi started their career in 2008 as a Sr. Software Engineer/Oracle EBUSINESS SUITE (Functional Consultant) at BirlaSoft, where they worked until 2010.

In 2010, Moshi joined SIEMENS TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as an IT Application Support, a role they held until 2013. During this time, they were involved in conducting team huddles, presentations, KT (knowledge transfer), training, process evaluation, staffing, performance reviews, and auditing. Moshi also played a key role in the implementation of tool enhancements and service reviews with clients. Additionally, Moshi was responsible for managing client-based SLAs (service level agreements) and played a significant role in achieving budgetary targets and supporting business strategies.

In 2013, Moshi was promoted to Assistant Manager - Operations/IT Application Support at SIEMENS TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, they had overall responsibility for achieving SLAs in all TSS (Technology Support Services) processes and meeting all SLAs as outlined in the SLA document.

Moshi's next role at SIEMENS was Deputy Manager, a position they held from 2017 until the present. As Deputy Manager, they continued to lead various responsibilities such as conducting team huddles, presentations, KT sessions, training, process evaluation, staffing, performance reviews, and auditing. Moshi was also involved in root cause analysis, quality and monitoring, and reporting. Moshi played a crucial role in setting and communicating targets and business objectives to optimize operational performance.

Most recently, in 2023, Moshi began working as a Project Manager at Relanto.

Moshi Dayan obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from MCA (Master of Computer Application) during the years 2000 to 2003.
