Julia Devine

Julia Devine is a dedicated nonprofit professional with extensive experience in fundraising and organizational development. As Co-Founder of Relatable Nonprofit, Julia empowers purpose-driven women to excel as nonprofit consultants. Previously, Julia served as Director of Advancement at FAIR, where Julia was responsible for raising $7 million and managing a team of 10 professionals focused on fundraising and marketing initiatives. Julia also held the roles of Grant Specialist and Major Donor Relations Manager, liaising with high-potential donors and overseeing grant proposals for a portfolio of 30 private foundations. Earlier in the career, Julia contributed as a Legal Intern at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN), supporting operations and enhancing client experiences. Julia holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a degree in Political Science from American University.
