Tyler Percell

Tyler Percell is an experienced analyst currently working in Acquisitions & Development at Related Companies since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler served as an Associate in the Structured Finance Group of Bank of America from February 2021 to May 2022 and gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Public Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2018 to February 2021. Tyler's career began with a Summer Analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2017 and a Financial Analyst Internship at the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority in 2016, where responsibilities included aiding the government in fiscal duties and raising capital for essential public projects. Additionally, Tyler interned for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes-Norton from September to December 2014. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from Georgetown University, earned in 2018.
