Max Eldridge

Max Eldridge is an experienced professional in the Life Sciences and Talent Solutions sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hlx Life Sciences since January 2024, and acting as a Talent Partner for Relation Therapeutics and a Network Partner for 2048 Ventures. Previously, Max held the role of European Managing Director at Life Science People, leading a substantial team and driving significant growth, and also served as Commercial Operations Director during the company's inception. Prior to this, Max co-launched the European branch of Parisima Talent and held various roles at SThree, achieving notable recognition for outstanding performance in recruitment. Max holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services.
