Michelle Gray

Michelle Gray has worked in the IT industry since 1996. Michelle began their career as a Human Resources employee at the State of Maryland. In 2007, they moved to Wood Mackenzie as a Sales Assistant, where they assisted executives in developing and writing proposals and creating applications in excel, lotus notes, etc. In 2012, they joined Computer Technologies Consultants, Inc. as an IT Sourcer. Finally, in 2014, they became the Mid Atlantic Region Lead Recruiter at Relational IT, where they were responsible for identifying IT talent for Fortune 1000 and SMS clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as nurturing relationships with IT professionals seeking new employment.

Michelle Gray attended Baltimore School of Social Work from 1996 to 1998, where they received a degree in Social Work with a field of study in Social Work.
