George Ageridis

George Ageridis has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the banking and software development industry. George worked as the CTO at Relational SA since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Group IT, Software Development Director at Eurobank from January 2011 to October 2018. George also held the position of Executive Director, CIO at BancPost SA from September 2005 to December 2010 and at Emporiki Bank (Cyprus) from September 2001 to August 2005. Before joining Emporiki Bank, George worked as a Senior Program Manager at Intrasoft S.A. from January 1997 to September 2001. George started their career at Egnatia Bank, where they served as the Head of Information Technology Department from April 1991 to December 1996.

George Ageridis attended Queens College from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained a BA and MA in Computer Science. George also has additional certifications in COBIT 5, Foundation, ISO 20000 Lead Auditor, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Manager, and ITIL V.3 Foundation. These certifications were obtained from various institutions, including PECB.
