Ryan Conacher is a seasoned general counsel with experience in public companies, private equity-owned firms, private practice, and government roles. Currently serving as President of CCI Legal Consulting, Ryan provides business-centric legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises in Canada and the US. Previously, Ryan held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel at ABC Technologies, where they advised the President & CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors while overseeing all legal affairs. Ryan's legal career began at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and spanned various reputable law firms, culminating in a robust expertise in legal compliance and corporate governance. Ryan earned a Doctor of Law from Queen's University and a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Western University.
