Aaron Winn

Aaron Winn is a seasoned propulsion engineer currently serving as a Principal Propulsion Engineer at Relativity Space since September 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron held multiple positions at Ursa Major from March 2022 to August 2025, including Principal Propulsion Engineer in Advanced Programs and Senior Engineering Manager of Propulsion Systems. Aaron's career includes significant contributions at SpaceX from June 2018 to March 2022, directing the development of key components for the Raptor engine, and at GE Power from June 2007 to June 2018, where responsibilities spanned from leading turbine module design teams to facilitating international engineering collaborations. Aaron earned an Honors BSME degree with concentrations in Mathematics and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2007.
