Billy Stack

Billy Stack is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Manager of Launch Fluids at Relativity Space since March 2021, previously holding roles as Lead of Launch Ground Operations and Senior Launch Engineer in Vehicle Development. Prior to Relativity Space, Billy worked at BLUE ORIGIN from August 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing the launch and landing complex and leading a team to design and operate cryogenic propellant systems. Billy's earlier experience includes roles as a Test Engineer and Systems Engineer at Aerospace Testing Alliance, focusing on turbo machinery and stage separation tests. Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Combustion Instability in Liquid Rocket Engines from Auburn University and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
