Lead Propulsion Engineer: Aeon-r Component Test at Relativity Space

Matt Clancy is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in propulsion systems, currently serving as the Lead Propulsion Engineer for the Aeon-R Component Test at Relativity Space since September 2021. Clancy has progressed through roles as Propulsion Engineer II and Propulsion Engineer I at the same company, having initially joined as a Propulsion Engineering Intern earlier in 2021. Prior engineering experience includes internships at Sensera, Inc. and the Lowell Center for Space Science and Technology, where mechanical engineering skills were developed. Clancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Aerospace Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, along with partial graduate education in Aerodynamics and Propulsion at the University of Michigan. Early career experience includes customer service at Weston Nurseries from 2014 to 2016.
