Maxwell MacLeay is an experienced engineer specializing in battery systems and avionics. Currently serving as an Avionics Battery Engineer at Relativity Space, Maxwell is responsible for the battery pack design for the Terran R program, focusing on system requirements and performance capabilities. Previous roles include Battery Design Engineer at Sonocharge Energy, where Maxwell led the development of a high-performance battery module, and Manufacturing Engineer at Arc Boat Company, overseeing assembly processes and wiring schematics.
