Michael Foster

Michael Foster is an accomplished Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer II at Relativity Space since July 2025, Michael supports Terran R propulsion testing and leads quality oversight for acceptance test procedures. Previously, Michael worked at Blue Origin as an Engineer in Quality & Continuous Improvement II, where innovative AI tools were developed to enhance quality reviews and process efficiencies. Earlier career roles include Quality Engineer at Continental Aerospace Technologies™, where data analyses contributed to reduced warranty returns, and a Quality Assurance Engineer Internship that improved inspection efficiency. Michael began professional experience as a butcher at Jerry Lee's. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate of Applied Science in Process Operations Technology from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
