Oliver Ruo is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in propulsion testing and development. Currently serving as the Lead Propulsion Test Engineer at Relativity Space since July 2021, Oliver has designed, built, and activated engine test stand systems while acting as the test operator for critical test campaigns. Previously, at the Society for Advanced Rocket Propulsion, Oliver led the propulsion sub-team in creating the organization's first bi-propellant rocket and oversaw the Hybrid R&D project focused on enhancing hybrid motor systems. Additionally, Oliver contributed to fuels research and testing as a Fuels Engineer, and gained valuable experience as a Test Engineering and Analysis Intern at HyperSciences, Inc. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
