Pavel Babuska

Pavel Babuska is a highly experienced engineer currently serving as a Staff Design Criteria Engineer at Relativity Space since December 2023. Previously, Pavel spent over six years at The Aerospace Corporation, where roles included Propulsion Structures Section Manager, Engineering Specialist, and Senior Member of Technical Staff, contributing to mission assurance and technical rigor for various government customers. With expertise in structural and finite element analysis, Pavel has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, an Associate Engineer for Applied Technology Associates, and has held roles at the Air Force Research Laboratory and UNM Bureau of Business and Economic Research. Pavel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and another Master's from the University of New Mexico, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the same institution.
