Ruby Willmann

Ruby Willmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management, project management, and strategic development. Currently serving as the Director of People Business Partners at Relativity Space, Ruby has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Manager of Business Performance, and has played key roles in avionics manufacturing, process improvement, and large-scale factory construction projects. Ruby's previous experience as an Executive Producer for the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival significantly increased profits and enhanced sponsorship relations. Additionally, Ruby has a background in educational program development and team leadership through roles at Skillify and CalSERVES. Ruby holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from USC Marshall School of Business and the University of Southern California, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin.
