Saing E.

Saing E. is an accomplished Structures Manufacturing Engineer at Relativity Space since July 2023, specializing in optimizing workflows for the Terran R rocket and managing subassembly installations. Previously, Saing held various roles as a Supplier Quality Engineer at both Virgin Orbit and Safran, where responsibilities included developing quality processes, improving supplier communications, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. As a Project Manager for the UCI Solar Airplane, Saing led the development of a UAV focused on solar energy for disaster relief. Earlier experience includes engineering positions in the UCI Rocket Project and UCI Solar Car, complemented by leadership as President of the Thai Culture Association at UC Irvine. Saing holds a degree from UC Irvine and attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Science.
