Sanjeev Sharma

Sanjeev Sharma is an experienced Head of Engineering with a rich background in the aviation and aerospace industries. They have a proven history of leading diverse hardware teams and possess expertise in electro-mechanical system design across various domains including railroads, computer hard disk drives, reusable rockets, and unmanned aerial vehicles. Currently, Sanjeev serves as Principal Engineer at Relativity Space and holds the position of Technical Advisor at AirGyde. Their previous roles include significant contributions at SpaceX, Matternet Inc, and Seagate Technology, among others, showcasing their leadership in engineering teams from inception through development. Sanjeev is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and has completed multiple master's degrees, including in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
